Tarte din mamaliga cu branza brie

 

Pentru ca stim ca v-a placut sarbatoarea ciulamalei ne-am gandit ca azi sa sarbatorim mamaliga. Nu stiu voi cum sunteti dar eu sunt fan mamaliga, mai ales a celei cu branza si smantana sau a celei reci puse pe gril. Asa ca nu puteam lipsi de la aceasta provocare, pentru mine chiar a fost o provocare. De cand locuiesc in Abu Dhabi imi doresc sa mananc o mamaliga si nu am reusit sa fac pentru ca nu gasesc malai. Si cum nu vroiam sa ratez aceasta sarbatoare am incercat sa fac mamaliga din porumb congelat, chiar am reusit si a fost foarte buna. Voi mai repeta experienta mea cu siguranta.
Iata cum am procedat.

 
 
 
Ingrediente:
 
pentru mamaliga
 
500 g porumb congelat
1/2 cana apa
sare pentru gust
 
restul ingredientelor
 
100 g branza brie
200 g smantana grasa
2 catei de usturoi
2 rosii
cateva fire de patrunjel
2-3 linguri ulei de masline 
un praf de sare
 
 
Preparare:
 
Intr-o cratita cu apa se pune porumbul congelat si se lasa sa dea un clocot.
 
 
Se scurge de apa, se lasa putin sa se raceasca si se pune intr-un tocator electric impreuna cu o jumatate de cana de apa. Se dau cateva pulsuri pana cand porumbul devine o pasta destul de fina. 
 
 
Se trece pasta astfel obtinuta printr-o sita pentru a elimina membrana boabelor de porumb.
 
 
Se pune apoi pe pasta din porumb pe foc si se fierbe la foc mic pana capata consistenta pe care o doriti. Se sareaza si se lasa putin la racit.
 
 
Pentru a face tartele se ung cu ulei formele apoi se pune mamaliga astfel incat sa acopere peretii dar lasand o gaura in mijloc in care se pun cateva cubulete de branza brie. Se acopera apoi branza cu mamaliga. Cand ati terminat de pus in toate formele (puteti folosi doar o singura forma de tarta mai mare sau cateva mai mici, ca mine) le introduceti in cuptor, incins in prealabil, la 180 C pentru 20 minute. Cand sunt gata lasati-le putin la racit apoi scoateti mamaliga cu grija si puneti deasupra fiecarei tarte smantana amestecata cu cei doi catei de usturoi tocati marunt si ornati cu rosii, patrunjel si ulei de masline. Se mananca fierbinti ca sa savurati din plin aceste tarte cu interiorul cremos al branzei brie.
